Premium migraine diary: log attacks, weather, and Health samples to see your own patterns.
See the patterns behind your migraines.
calmhead is a premium migraine and headache diary for a private log of your attacks, not generic advice. Record severity, notes, and tags, then review the month, journal, and overview so your own history is easier to discuss with a clinician.
THIS IS A PREMIUM APP
Full access requires calmhead Premium, an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Restore Purchases is available in Settings if you already subscribe.
WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Start and stop an episode, with severity over time
• Triggers, notes, and personal tags
• Local weather at onset, including pressure and humidity
• Optional Health samples such as sleep, hydration, caffeine, and energy
• A private iCloud copy, Home Screen quiet-days widget, and Live Activity while an episode is open
HOW IT WORKS
1. Start an episode when pain begins
2. Add the details you care about — or save a quick log
3. Review the calendar, journal, and overview for your own patterns
calmhead does not diagnose, treat, or replace clinical care. It records what you enter and optional Health and weather context on your device.
