Picky Eating Reset

Help Kids Try New Foods

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Turn familiar foods into gentle next steps. Build a personalized food profile, follow pressure-free daily missions, and celebrate every brave interaction. Picky Eating Reset gives parents one small, practical step at a time to help a selective eater explore new foods without pressure, punishment, or mealtime battles. Start by building a personalized Food Profile. Add foods your child already accepts, including the preparation details that matter, such as shape, texture, temperature, or brand. The app uses those familiar sensory characteristics to suggest a gentle next food and a clear first activity. WHAT YOU GET • A personalized Food Profile • One simple mission for today • A gradual 10-step exposure ladder • Food chaining from familiar foods toward new ones • A 30-day adaptive exploration plan • Fast exposure logging with optional notes • Progress based on comfortable interaction, not quantity eaten • Calm scripts for common mealtime moments • Allergy and dietary-exclusion filters PROGRESS WITHOUT PRESSURE Looking at, tolerating, touching, smelling, tasting, and trying again can all be meaningful progress. Picky Eating Reset never asks a child to clean a plate or eat a minimum portion. BUILT FOR PARENTS The app is designed for brief parent use followed by real-world family interaction. Child Explorer is an optional shared activity, not an independent child account or a screen-time destination. IMPORTANT Picky Eating Reset is an educational food-exploration tool. It does not diagnose or treat feeding disorders, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, growth concerns, ARFID, autism, or any medical condition. Parents remain responsible for allergy checks, choking safety, age-appropriate preparation, supervision, and seeking qualified professional care.
