CrewPrimer is the digital operations tool for every shift in takeaway and restaurant kitchens – sandwich bars, sushi, pizza, burger and cafés. It brings everything that used to live on paper, whiteboards and text threads into one place, so both managers and crew always know what needs to be done today. • Compensations: Register customer compensations after complaints (e.g. "Free meal" or "50% discount") with name, phone, reason and expiry date. Staff see the pending ones for their shop, search by name/phone and swipe right to redeem – with a 5-second undo. • Stock count: Count per shop and mark each item "In stock" or "To order" – or type the quantity directly. Set a minimum stock per item so it is flagged "To order" automatically when the count is too low. • Order list for managers: Every item flagged "To order" is collected across shops – grouped by shop or category. Mark as ordered, "Order all" per shop, copy the list for your supplier and see the order history. • Order reminder: Managers get an evening reminder (default 9 PM) if items still need ordering before the supplier deadline. Fixes: • The chat no longer jumps back to the bottom while you read older messages. • The app is now called CrewPrimer on your home screen. • Minor improvements and bug fixes.
