Hold your breath longer on dry land. Apnea Trainer builds guided CO2 and O2 tables from your answers, then talks you through each round so you can train on the floor, not in a pool.
This is dry-land breath-hold training for freediving, spearfishing, surfing, swimming, and scuba diving prep. It fits AIDA, PADI, and SSI practice on land. It is not Wim Hof. There is no fast breathing, no packing, and no in-water mode.

Unused portions of free trials, if offered, are forfeited upon subscription purchase.
