Organize early, late and night shifts, see when you work next, and plan your days off with confidence. YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE See shifts and days off in a monthly calendar or agenda list. Use colors to distinguish your work patterns. The Today screen brings your next shift and daily schedule together. SET A PATTERN. PLAN AHEAD. Combine shifts and rest days into a repeating rotation, then generate your schedule. Plan overnight shifts or add multiple shifts to the same day. ADD YOUR USUAL SHIFTS QUICKLY Save templates with your usual times and colors. Choose a template when adding a shift instead of entering the same details again. REMINDERS FOR YOUR ROUTINE Set reminders at a fixed time, before a shift starts or before it ends. Each rule supports up to three reminder times. Reminders use system notifications and may be affected by notification permissions, Silent mode, Focus and other system settings. YOUR SCHEDULE, CLOSE AT HAND Use Home Screen widgets to view your current shift, next shift, upcoming week or month. Optionally sync shifts to Apple Calendar. UNDERSTAND YOUR HOURS AND PAY Review scheduled hours and shift counts. Upgrade to Pro for advanced statistics, estimated pay and CSV report export. Figures are based on recorded schedules; pay estimates are for personal planning only. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED Start planning without creating an account. Your schedule is stored on your device, with backup export and restore to help you move your data. Back up before changing devices or deleting the app. Automatic cloud sync is not currently available. Available in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. RotaTrace Pro unlocks rotation extensions, advanced statistics, pay insights and CSV report export through a one-time in-app purchase. No subscription.
