Dance World: My Studio
Classes, fees and notices
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your studio in your pocket — this week's classes, the notices from the front desk, what's owing on your account, and the practice videos your teacher just shared.
Dance World keeps everything your dance studio sends you in one place — so class times, notices, fees and practice videos stop living across texts, emails and the fridge door.
Open it in the morning and you can see what's on: the studio's notice board, this week's classes for every dancer in the family, what's owing on your account, and any new videos or music your teacher has shared.
One Login, Every Dancer
Most families have more than one dancer, and one account covers them all. Each child keeps their own timetable and their own classes, while the invoices, the balance and the contact details your studio needs stay together in one place.
Your Week At A Glance
See who dances when, and where they need to be. The week view gathers every class across every dancer, so you can tell in a moment whether Tuesday is a ballet night or a night off.
Practise At Home
Your studio can share the routines, the music and the notes that go with each class. Play them in the app, or download them so they're on hand when there's no signal in the hall.
Fees Without The Paper Trail
See what's owed, what's been paid and what it was for. Open any invoice for the detail behind it, and get a notification when a new one is posted — no more finding out at the front desk.
Enrol In A Few Taps
Pick the dancer, pick the class, send the request to your studio. No form to print, and no waiting until the office is open.
Notices From Your Studio
Costume deadlines, concert dates, hall changes and holiday closures arrive on the notice board, presented the way your studio wants them.
Class Registers And Attendance
Check which classes your dancer has attended this term, so you know where they're up to before an exam or a concert.
For Teachers
Teachers at a participating studio get a view built for them: today's classes, their class lists, attendance, and their teaching notes — on the phone, between classes.
Light Or Dark, Your Call
The whole app works either way round, and it can follow your device.
Still Looking For A Studio?
You can browse dance schools in the app before you have an account, and see who is taking enrolments.
About Accounts
Dance World is used by dance studios to run their classes, enrolments and fees. If your studio uses it, you sign in with your email address and a code we send you — there's no password to remember. If your studio doesn't use it yet, you're welcome to browse studios in the app and to point them our way.
