West Valley IRL helps you connect with the people who actually show up.
Built for West Valley events, the app gives founders, business owners, entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, directors, operators, and independent builders a useful way to meet in person and keep the right conversations moving.
CHECK IN AT THE EVENT
Enter or scan the event check-in code when you arrive. The live room updates as attendees check in.
SEE WHO IS THERE
Browse the people currently in the room and learn what they are building, what they can help with, and what they are seeking.
SHARE A LIVE QR CARD
Show your personal QR card to exchange approved profile and contact information. Rotate your card whenever you want to disable an old link.
MAKE INTENTIONAL CONNECTIONS
Send connection requests and keep mutual connections after the event. You control whether your email and phone stay private, appear to accepted connections, or display publicly.
BUILD A USEFUL PROFILE
Add your role, company or project, city, introduction, current work, skills, and the people or opportunities you would like to find.
West Valley IRL is designed to support real-world conversation, not replace it. Good people are already in the room.
