4. Find it again in seconds if anyone questions it later.

Taking the photograph was never the hard part. Months later the questions are which job it belonged to, why it was taken, what stage it shows, which customer it related to, and where the rest of it went. ProofGuard turns loose job photographs into structured records that still make sense a year on.

A REAL EXAMPLE
08:52. A customer's vehicle arrives. The mechanic opens ProofGuard and creates a record.
08:53. Photographs are taken around the vehicle, every angle, before any work begins.
08:54. A note goes on the record: scratch, passenger side rear bumper.
09:00. Work starts, with the original condition already documented.
Later the customer says that scratch was not there before. There is nothing to argue about. The record shows the photographs, the angle, the note and the time, all captured before the job began.
One minute at the start of a job can save a very expensive argument at the end of it.
