Tonvia works out which of the twelve seasonal color palettes you measure as, then tells you which clothes in your own closet actually suit you.
MEASURED, NOT GUESSED
Most color analysis online is a quiz. Tonvia is a measurement. Take one portrait and the app finds your face, samples your skin, hair and eyes, and uses the whites of your eyes as a neutral reference to cancel out the color of the light you are standing in. That last step is what separates a reading you can trust from one taken under a yellow lamp.
Your three measurements are placed on the axes every color system ultimately uses — light to deep, warm to cool, muted to clear — and scored against all twelve seasons.
YOU SEE THE WORKING
Tonvia shows you the colors it measured, where you landed on each axis, a confidence level, and the second-closest season. Real people sit between seasons more often than any twelve-box system admits, so you are told when that is happening instead of being handed a false certainty.
THEN YOUR CLOSET
Photograph the clothes you own, one piece at a time. Tonvia lifts each item off its background, reads its color, and gives it a verdict: in your palette, neutral, or fighting your coloring. When something misses, it says why — too warm, too saturated, too pale — and what to wear beside it if you love the piece anyway.
This is the part that changes how you shop. You stop buying the same wrong color twice.
AN OUTFIT EVERY MORNING
Tonvia builds looks from what is actually in your closet, matched to your palette and to today's temperature. One neutral carries the outfit, one color from your palette does the talking, and nothing competes with it.
EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE
The analysis runs on your device using Apple's own Vision framework. There is no account to create, no server, no analytics, and no third-party code. Your portrait and every photo of your clothes stay on this device, and one tap in Settings erases all of it.
FREE AND PAID
The color analysis and your palette are free, and stay free. Full access adds an unlimited closet, daily outfit suggestions and palette export, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a single payment.
A NOTE ON ACCURACY
Lighting, camera and makeup all move a color reading, which is why Tonvia reports a confidence level rather than a verdict. Daylight and a bare face give the most reliable result. Tonvia is a styling tool, not a medical or diagnostic product.
