You can also ask Dr. King’s, the health assistant built into the app. Type or speak your question in your own words, and Dr. King’s will answer in simple language, point you to the right specialty, and open your reports or bills for you.
Add the people you care for as family members, then switch between profiles to book their visits and view their records. You decide who can see what.
On the day of your visit, check in from your phone, follow the live queue, and keep your parking pass ready on screen. Pay for your appointment by card or Apple Pay.

- Video consultations: a visit booked as a video consultation shows Join instead of Check in, and Join no longer appears once the call is over. Calls reconnect more reliably.
- Billing: each completed visit shows its own invoices, Payment history is always available, and you can close the payments reminder.
- Insurance history now includes your earlier visits.
- Booking: a quick double tap can no longer confirm a booking, and Reschedule shows available times for more weeks ahead.
- Requests: a new Refund or payment question option under Make a request.
- Clearer messages when the hospital system has trouble preparing your records.
- Opening the app no longer loads all your medical records at once. PDFs are prepared in the background and images load at the size they are shown.
- Notification permission is now asked after you sign in.
- Our doctors are now called consultants throughout the app.
