If someone in your family is supported by an Ezihealth care provider, this app gives you a clear window into their care. See who is coming and when, read the paperwork your provider shares, and message the care team directly.
SEE THE SCHEDULE
Know which support workers are visiting and when. The schedule shows visits in progress, what is coming up next, and what happened earlier in the day. Open the calendar to look ahead or back over any date.
READ SHARED DOCUMENTS
Care plans, agreements and other paperwork your provider shares appear in Documents, grouped by the person you care for. Tap any document to read it without leaving the app. Anything you have not opened yet is marked, so nothing gets missed.
STAY IN TOUCH
Message the care team and keep every conversation in one thread. Attachments open right in the app, so you are not hunting through email.
SHARE FEEDBACK
Tell your provider how care is going, straight from the app.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your family's information is sensitive, so the app keeps it behind your own sign-in. Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID, and everything stored on your device is encrypted.

Ezihealth Family is provided through your care provider. You will receive sign-in details from them. The app cannot be used without an account, and accounts cannot be created here.
