CareOps Maeumi is an AI counseling app informed by established counseling approaches. Start with self-assessments and an initial AI conversation.
COUNSELING THAT RUNS IN SESSIONS
Maeumi, your AI counselor, starts with a short intake and an initial session, then suggests an approach that fits what you brought: CBT, ACT, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing or problem-solving. Each session picks up where the last one ended.
SELF-ASSESSMENTS BASED ON PUBLISHED SCALES
Check in on mood, anxiety, sleep and burnout, or explore attachment style, Big Five personality and perfectionism. Results come with a plain-language explanation, and you can bring them into your next session.
PRACTICE BETWEEN SESSIONS
Thought records, activity planning, values work, self-compassion and a sleep diary, guided step by step and tailored to what you talked about.
TALK OR TYPE
Speak or write in your own words. On supported devices, speech recognition and voice run on your device.
YOUR RECORDS IN ONE PLACE
Session notes, assessment results and weekly reports stay together. You can correct Maeumi whenever something doesn't fit.
