MATH AND UNITS, INSTANTLY AND OFFLINE
Arithmetic, powers, roots, trig, logarithms, percentages and unit conversion, all evaluated on your device. Works on a plane.
FACTS, CHECKED AGAINST LIVE SOURCES
Who holds office today, dates, distances, capitals, populations. Two open models answer side by side, grounded in live Wikipedia, cross-checked against DuckDuckGo. Every answer names its source.
WEBSITES
Ask "what's primitive.dev?" and Nimble reads the site itself and tells you what it does.
CARDS
Weather, local time, currency and word origins come back as a card you can read at a glance.
GRAPHS
Type y = x^2 or plot sin(x) and get the curve, drawn on device.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no telemetry. Before any question goes to an AI service you are asked once, and you can say no: answers then come from DuckDuckGo and Wikipedia only. Bring your own key for Claude or a local model if you prefer. Your recent searches sync between iPhone and Mac through iCloud, and nothing else leaves the device.
Meet Flit, the hummingbird who hums while your answer loads, or pick Fen the fennec in Settings. Light and dark follow the system. Ask out loud with the mic. English, French, Spanish, Chinese and Punjabi.

An Apple Watch app, lock screen widgets, and nine languages (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Punjabi, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese). Answers now come from faster free models, Listen reads any answer aloud, and Nimble appears in the share sheet, Siri and Shortcuts. Nimble asks once, the first time it opens, before sending a question to its answer service.
