IshtarGate support and direct Iraqi emergency-number shortcuts are available from the app. IshtarGate is not an emergency service, government authority, visa, permit, or security-clearance provider. Payments are for in-person guide services and are currently verified manually from Western Union receipt details. Never pay until a guide accepts your request.
