myAvatar is the companion app for MyAvatar account holders. Your AI avatar
answers questions from the people who visit your website and your other
channels. This app is where you see those conversations on your iPhone or
iPad, and where you take over to reply personally when the AI should step
aside.
CHAT LOG
Every conversation your avatar has, in one inbox. Search it, filter it by
date, and open any thread to read the full exchange. Each conversation is
labelled with the channel it came through, so you can tell a website chat
from a WhatsApp conversation at a glance.
TAKE OVER AND REPLY
When a conversation needs you, take it over. The avatar stops answering,
and your replies go straight to the visitor. Hand the conversation back to
the avatar whenever you are done.
NOTIFICATIONS
Get a push notification when someone writes to your avatar, with their name
and message. Tap it to land in that thread.
YOUR AUDIENCE
See who has connected with your avatar: members, users and leads, with the
details each person shared.
AVATAR HEALTH
A score for how complete your avatar's setup is, with the steps still to do,
plus a 30-day view of conversations by channel.

If you manage more than one avatar, switch between them without signing out.
BUILT FOR IPAD
On iPad, your inbox and the open conversation sit side by side, so moving
from one conversation to the next is a single tap. Your audience works the
same way, Home lays out your avatar's health, metrics and channels at a
glance, and the app adapts to any orientation and to resizable windows
next to your other apps.
myAvatar is for existing MyAvatar account holders. Creating an avatar and
configuring what it knows happens in the MyAvatar dashboard on the web; this
app is where you follow and join the conversations it has.
Ratings & Reviews
Notifications for new conversations are now more reliable, including after you switch avatars or sign out and back in. On iPad, sheets such as filters and date ranges now fit and scroll in smaller windows next to your other apps.
