TechFit Teacher Notes Pro is the private way to capture student observations. Speak a quick memo between classes or right after an incident, and your iPhone turns it into a structured observation record — student, what happened, concerns, and follow-ups for the parents. Everything happens on your device. Nothing is ever uploaded, analyzed in the cloud, or seen by anyone but you.

• Tap record and talk — your words appear on screen as you speak, transcribed live on your device.
• When you stop, on-device Apple Intelligence structures the memo: student, a factual observation, any concerns you raised, and parent follow-ups as a checklist.
• The AI never invents anything: concerns and follow-ups stay strictly grounded in what you actually said, and student names are kept exactly as you spoke them — use first names or initials if you prefer.

Student records are protected data — FERPA in the US, GDPR in Europe — and many school policies ban cloud AI processing of student observations outright. TechFit Teacher Notes Pro never has that problem:

REQUIREMENTS
TechFit Teacher Notes Pro requires an Apple Intelligence-capable device running iOS 26.5 or later.
An active subscription is required to use the app (see below).
Supported languages for transcription and AI structuring are determined by Apple and your iOS version — new languages work here automatically. If Apple Intelligence doesn't support your language yet, observations are saved with the full transcript only.

TechFit Teacher Notes Pro requires an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) — the app cannot be used without one. All features described above are included with the subscription; there are no separate or additional purchases. Prices are shown in the app before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed in your App Store account settings.

Photos for your observations
• Attach photos to any observation — a worksheet, a drawing, the board. Take one with the camera or pick from your library.
• Swipe through photos full screen, pinch or double-tap to zoom in.
• Share a single photo, or export all photos of an observation at once.
• New filter: show only observations with photos.
• Grouped by student: all observations of one student now appear together in sections — switch it off anytime in the filter menu.
• Reset Filters right from an empty result or search.
As always, your photos stay only on this device — never uploaded, never in the cloud. Deleting an observation deletes its photos too.
