You answer out loud to a recruiter who has read your CV and the job ad. At the end, a scored report quotes your sentences and names the one to fix first. You start the interview. A voice greets you, picks the line on your CV it wants to hear about, and asks you to tell the story. You answer out loud. It comes back at you wherever you stayed vague. Your CV. Import it as a PDF, a Word file, a photo or plain text. It is anonymised on your phone before anything is sent: your name, your contact details and your age never leave it. NELO reviews it on substance, then holds it against the role you are going for, requirement by requirement, and tells you what is missing and what holds up. The questions. Written for that specific role, not pulled from a list. Five formats, depending on what you are preparing: targeted on the job ad, HR screening on your motivation and your path, behavioural where every situation is walked through STAR by STAR, technical on your actual work and your field with no live coding, and under pressure where every claim gets challenged, courteously and never personally. The recruiters. Six of them, each with a temperament and a voice, in English and in French. You pick the one you want to sit across from. The report. A score, your strengths, your priorities, then answer by answer: what you said, why it lands or does not, and a suggested rewording. Every observation points back to an exact sentence from your interview. Nothing is inferred, nothing is invented. The job offers. Filed in folders, imported from a link, measured against your profile whenever you ask. What NELO will not do. It predicts no hiring decision, it passes no judgement on you as a person, and it never keeps the audio of your interviews. Without an account and without paying: CV import, your job offers, one CV review, one match and a two-minute warm-up. NELO Premium opens up live interviews in every format, all six recruiters, detailed reports, unlimited CV reviews and matching, and importing an offer from a web link. Plans: 7.99 EUR a week for 45 minutes of interview time, 19.99 EUR a month for 100 minutes, 119.99 EUR a year. A 60-minute top-up is also available at 6.99 EUR, with no subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same rate unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
