Rally is a training app for tennis, pickleball and padel players who want more from their time on court than just showing up and hitting. Tell it your sport, your level and how you play, and it sets you a weekly goal, a plan for today and the drills to fill it. TODAY'S PLAN Every day Rally tells you whether it is a training day or a recovery day, based on your weekly goal and what you have already done. Training days come with a drill to pick and a daily challenge; recovery days come with a mobility flow. DRILLS YOU ACTUALLY FINISH Serve, return, groundstrokes, volleys, footwork, consistency. Every drill has a rep target, a counter you tap, and short tips for that shot, so a session ends because it is done, not because you got bored. Fitness circuits and mobility flows sit alongside the on-court work. SWING LAB Film one swing from the side. Rally reads a handful of still frames from the clip and tells you the one thing to change first, with a drill to fix it. Only those frames are sent for analysis; the video stays on your phone. AI COACH Ask about tactics, nerves or what to work on tonight. The coach knows your sport, your level and what you have been training. MATCH DAY Log how a match went: the result, aces, winners and unforced errors. Over a season Rally shows your averages, so you can see what is actually changing. A short focus routine before the warm-up is there when you want it. A RANK YOU HAVE TO EARN Beginner. Rally Ready. Club Level. League Threat. Tournament. Elite. Every session and every match banks XP toward the next one. It moves slowly, on purpose. A GLOBAL LEADERBOARD XP earned this week, and all time. First names only, and you can hide yourself from the board in Settings. FUEL Point the camera at your plate and Rally estimates the calories and macros from the photo, against daily targets you can adjust. The figures are automated estimates, not a meal plan. THREE SPORTS, PROPERLY Tennis, pickleball and padel each get their own court, levels, drills and coaching. Change sport in Settings any time and the plan changes with it. Rally Pro unlocks the app: the plan, every drill, Swing Lab, the coach, Match Day and Fuel scanning. It is an auto-renewing subscription, $9.99 per month or $39.99 per year. New players can start the yearly plan with a 14-day free trial, or with 30 days for $2.99; when the trial ends it renews at $39.99 per year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and it can be managed or cancelled any time in your Apple Account settings.
