Pray first. Scroll later.
Sacred Hours helps Christians turn distracting screen time into meaningful time with God.
Choose the apps that take your attention away from what matters. Sacred Hours can block those apps and encourage you to pause and pray before continuing.

PRAYER BEFORE SCREEN TIME
Your phone can easily become the first thing you reach for.
Sacred Hours helps you build a different habit: prayer before scrolling.
Use app blocking to create an intentional pause between you and distracting apps, giving you space to reconnect with God before returning to your phone.
BUILD A DAILY PRAYER HABIT
Consistency matters more than perfection.
Sacred Hours helps you make prayer part of your everyday routine with:

BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS
Choose the apps and categories that pull your attention away.
Sacred Hours uses Apple's Screen Time technology to help you temporarily restrict selected apps until your prayer goal is completed.
You stay in control of what is blocked and when.
