• Keep your Mac awake while selected apps are running or frontmost
• Combine multiple apps using Any or All conditions
• Limit rules by power source, time of day, and weekday
• Add a grace period before normal sleep resumes

FLEXIBLE WORK SESSIONS
• Start a session for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or indefinitely
• Choose a custom duration or a specific end time
• Extend or end the current session whenever you need
