Know when your medication is due—and what you’ve already recorded. Cue brings schedules, reminders, dose history and supply estimates together in one calm place on your iPhone.
REMINDERS FOR YOUR ACTUAL ROUTINE
Set exact times, selected weekdays or repeating intervals of days or weeks. Record a dose as taken, skip it, or snooze a reminder. An optional gentle follow-up checks in once more when a dose remains unrecorded. Dismissing a notification never tells Cue that you took a medication.
RECORD WITHOUT OPENING CUE
Record a scheduled dose from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for free. Supported Siri shortcuts, Control Center and the Action Button provide additional ways to check or record doses. Availability depends on your device and settings.
SEE HOW LONG YOUR SUPPLY MAY LAST
Enter the quantity you have and the amount used per scheduled dose. Cue estimates coverage from your recorded supply and schedule. Individual supply estimates are free.
CUE PRO: PLAN AHEAD
• Advance refill reminders: choose 1, 3, 5, 7 or 14 days before estimated supply runs out. The default is five days, at 9:00 AM.
• Suggested refill-by dates, a combined Supply Outlook and quantity-based low-stock alerts.
• Unlimited medication routines and family profiles on your iPhone.
• Dose history beyond 30 days, unlimited supported Ask Cue questions, meal-time settings and the Supply Home Screen widget.
Refill reminders require supply tracking, Cue Pro and notification permission. They are ordinary notifications and cannot bypass Focus settings. If you set up tracking inside the warning window, an eligible reminder can arrive shortly afterwards. Cue updates its pending queue when you reopen it or edit your records. iOS limits pending local notifications; Cue prioritizes scheduled doses and a bounded set of upcoming refill warnings. Estimates are based on the records in Cue, not measured medication use. Actual use and notification delivery can vary.
START WITH CUE FREE
One profile, up to three active medications, the latest 30 days of history and five successfully answered supported Ask Cue questions each month. Basic reminders, individual supply estimates and widget dose recording remain free. Existing records remain available if Pro access ends.
ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Cue supports English and Spanish, including widgets and common Ask Cue questions. Names you enter are never translated.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No Cue account required. Medication records remain on your device and can sync through your private iCloud database. Ask Cue answers supported organizer questions from Cue’s records. There is no remote caregiver monitoring or automatic sharing of medical records with another person. Apple Family Sharing can share eligible Pro purchases, not medication data.
Cue works on iOS 18 and later. Apple Intelligence interpretation and Cue’s dedicated on-device voice transcription require iOS 26 and compatible hardware/language support. On older iPhones, use supported typed questions or your keyboard’s dictation.
Cue organizes records and reminders. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, recommend doses or tell you how to handle a missed dose. Follow the instructions from your healthcare professional.
Cue Pro is available monthly, annually or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are displayed in your storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account. Lifetime does not renew. Restore Purchases is available in Settings.
