For GlacierGrid technicians. Guided installs that work with or without signal, install photos that upload themselves, and Otto for help on any step. GlacierGrid Installer is the field app for technicians installing GlacierGrid HVAC and refrigeration equipment. It is for GlacierGrid staff and contracted installers with a GlacierGrid account; there is no public sign-up. Every install is a guided survey. Open the site you are assigned, work through each device step by step, and the app records what you did: thermostat and sensor identifiers, wiring, setpoints, photos and the manager's sign-off. Each device is commissioned to the GlacierGrid platform as you go. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Open a site once with connectivity and it is ready to use offline. Answers, photos and signatures save on the phone and upload on their own when you are back in coverage. A line under each install tells you whether it is ready offline and when it last synced. OTTO, THE IN-APP ASSISTANT Tap Otto on any step for help with that step. Otto answers from the GlacierGrid install guide and shows the section it used, so you can open the source in one tap. When Otto cannot answer, it loops in the GlacierGrid install team so they can follow up while you keep working. REVIEW BEFORE CHECKOUT Checkout opens with a read-back of every device you installed, grouped by equipment type, with anything still blank flagged so you can jump straight to it. Checkout itself waits only on GlacierGrid's review of your wiring and photos. ALSO • The install guide is available offline, with images. • Manager sign-off is captured on the phone with a signature. • Upload progress and anything still on the phone are visible on the checkout screen. A GlacierGrid technician account is required. Contact support@glaciergrid.com if you install GlacierGrid equipment and need access.
