Tilly is a free GLP-1 tracker for iPhone, built around protein. Type a meal the way you’d say it, “two eggs and toast”, and Tilly counts its protein toward your daily target, next to your shot or pill, your side effects and your weight. For people on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, the Wegovy pill or Foundayo, and for anyone who wants to log meals without counting by hand. In English, German, French and Romanian.
WHAT’S FREE
Meals by typing, the barcode scanner, the protein ring, Trends, the doctor report and Apple Health. Three meals by photo, three questions to Tilly and five meals by voice a week. Premium raises those to hundreds a month.
MEALS IN ONE SENTENCE
Type “Greek yogurt with berries” or “half a chicken wrap”. Tilly reads the foods and the portions, counts the protein, and shows how it got there so you can fix anything. A barcode reads the label. A photo of the plate or a sentence said out loud works too. Water counts as well.
PROTEIN FIRST
When you eat less, protein is easy to miss, and some of the weight you lose can be muscle. Tilly suggests a daily target from your weight, you can set your own, and the ring shows the grams left today. Never a score.
SHOTS AND PILLS
Log the shot or the pill with one tap, note the site, and see where you are in the week. Reminders on shot day, at pill time, and the evening before to take the pen out of the fridge. Tilly knows Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo, with each one’s schedule; anything else goes in as another shot or pill.
HOW YOU FEEL
Five faces and the common side effects, a tap each. After a few weeks the patterns show up on their own: less appetite the two days after a shot, food noise back before the next one.
TRENDS AND A REPORT FOR YOUR DOCTOR
Weight by dose, protein by day, how you felt around each shot. One chart and one plain sentence each. The doctor report puts doses, weight, meals and side effects on one page, to share before an appointment.
ASK TILLY
Ask what the week looks like or what to eat before the shot. Tilly reads your own journal before answering and shows every entry it read.
CALM BY DESIGN
Nothing is red. No streaks, no scores, no guilt. A slow week is weather, and Tilly says so.
YOUR DATA
Export everything or delete your account from inside the app, any time. Apple Health is read only when you switch it on, one stream at a time. No ads, and your data is never sold.
