Forksy: AI Receptionist
AI receptionist, 24/7
Free
Forksy answers your business phone when you can't: an AI receptionist that picks up around the clock, speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish, books reservations and appointments, answers frequently asked questions and transfers to the right person when needed.
The app is the control panel for your receptionist:
• Call logs with a transcript, summary and outcome for every call
• Reservations and appointments on a calendar, with WhatsApp or email reminders
• Knowledge base: teach the assistant your hours, services and policies
• Assistant setup: greeting, call flow, opening hours and transfer numbers
• Analytics: call volume, conversations, duration and costs
• Team: users with permissions and individual schedules
• Human handoff: when a caller asks for a person, the call is transferred to your number
Works with your existing number: calls are forwarded to Forksy and the assistant answers in your business's name. Restaurants, clinics and service businesses use Forksy so that no call goes unanswered.
The app requires a Forksy account. Create yours at forksy.ai.

• Back now returns to where you were: from a notification to your inbox, from Messages to Messages.
• Long-press a Forksy notification and choose Options > Forksy Notification Settings to choose what each device receives.
