Choose a starting template for FND, anxiety, panic, overwhelm, or general wellbeing. Keep track of how things feel, record difficult moments, and save what helps. Templates organize your experience; they do not diagnose a condition or prescribe treatment.
TWO WAYS TO USE IT
Solo: a practical phone journal and a quiet Watch experience for the same person.
Parent or guardian: a friendly Watch companion for the child, with the journal and support plan organized by an adult on the paired iPhone. One wearer per journal.
SUPPORT WITHIN REACH
Keep personal support steps and trusted-contact details close. Choose an optional grounding or comfortable-breathing tool, or take a short, silent mindful pause on your Watch. Use only what feels helpful and stop whenever you choose. No Health permission is needed for the journal, support plan, or pause.
YOUR WATCH, EVEN AWAY FROM YOUR PHONE
Save notes on the Watch while the iPhone is unavailable. With permission, the app can read available local Apple Health records and save them for transfer when the devices reconnect. Apple controls measurement timing and background delivery; gaps and delays are possible. The app does not start workouts or offer on-demand or continuous heart-rate recording. A mindful pause does not measure your body or change sensor sampling.
ON YOUR WATCH FACE
Keep the I feel funny shortcut close with circular, corner, inline, and rectangular complications. Tap it to open the Watch save screen, then save the moment locally—even without your phone. Available slots depend on your watch face.
A CLEARER CONVERSATION
Review your check-ins and journal over time. Bring an appointment summary of your notes, reported symptoms, and personal questions to a conversation with a professional or someone you trust. Review it before choosing where to share it.
PERSONAL BY DESIGN
No app account, advertising, or subscription. Trial and unlock purchases are handled by Apple. Journal and Health records stay in local app storage on your devices, with paired-device transfer and exports you choose to share. No developer health-data server or third-party analytics.
The phone journal works without a Watch or Health permission. Watch features use a normally paired Apple Watch and iPhone. Parent mode does not support Family Setup, a second caregiver phone, remote monitoring, or emergency notifications.
