VoiceBill turns what you say into a finished invoice. Say "add two hours of labor at 4000" and the description, the quantity and the price land in the form in front of you — totaled, and ready to send as a PDF.
It is built for people who bill between jobs rather than at a desk: contractors, tradespeople, cleaners, salon owners, delivery drivers, market vendors, repair shops and freelancers. Anyone who would rather talk for ten seconds than type on a phone keyboard.

Ordinary phrasing works. There is no keyword list to memorize, and quantities can be fractional — "an hour and a half at 4000" is 1.5 hours.
NOTHING CHANGES BEHIND YOUR BACK
If a command is unclear, mistranscribed, or matches two line items at once, VoiceBill asks instead of guessing. Tax and payment terms always come to you to confirm, because both change the whole invoice. A command that fails leaves your draft exactly as it was.
YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOUR PRICE LIST
Save the customers you bill and the work you sell. Then "add the barrel of sand" prices itself from your own list, and a customer's name links to their saved details — spelled the way you spell it, even when the microphone hears it differently.

Add your logo, address and contact details. Choose your own currency and name your own tax — GCT, VAT, GST, sales tax, whatever yours is called. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
VoiceBill Pro is available as a monthly or a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

A word on your voice: recordings are sent to Google Gemini to be turned into invoice fields, then deleted as soon as the command finishes. They are never attached to your invoices and never used to train a model. Every voice feature has a typed equivalent, so the whole app works without speaking at all.
