Tap + on the home screen and select Lost or damaged baggage. Airport Search Departure and arrival fields now have a live search — type a city name, country, or IATA code and select your airport from the list. No need to know the code anymore. Claim Timeline Every claim now shows a full timeline of events — when the letter was sent, when you escalated, and when you won. Pre-Send Checklist A quick checklist appears before you send your letter to make sure you have your boarding pass, booking confirmation, and the right airline email ready. Improved Notifications The 14-day deadline notification now asks directly — did the airline reply? — and guides you to escalate if they did not. Bug Fixes Fixed share sheet appearing blank in Family Claim and other screens.
