Tell Lemi what you spent or send a receipt. It prepares the details, builds your expense timeline, and lets family share ledgers, likes, and comments through iCloud. Expense tracking should feel like a conversation, not a form. Tell Lemi, “Airport taxi last night, 56.75 SAR, business,” or send a receipt, invoice, or payment screenshot. Lemi prepares the amount, currency, merchant, date, and category, then asks you to choose Personal or Business. Nothing is saved until you confirm it. Uncertain amounts, currencies, and dates remain yours to review and correct. CHAT YOUR EXPENSES • Record an expense in one natural sentence • Use voice, camera, Photos, or the iOS share menu • Recognize amounts, currencies, merchants, dates, and categories • Edit every suggested field before confirming • Use the actual message time when no other time is specified • Enter negative amounts for refunds and reversals By default, Apple Vision recognizes receipt text on your device. Expenses can still be prepared and saved without an internet connection. A RECORD TIMELINE THAT WRITES ITSELF Every confirmed expense automatically becomes a readable entry in Record Discovery. There is nothing else to publish. Browse a trip, a business journey, life abroad, and shared family spending through a familiar social-style timeline. • Generate an entry automatically after confirmation • Display supporting receipt images • Keep the timeline synchronized when an expense is edited • Let family members like, comment, and reply inside shared ledgers • Keep private-ledger content visible only to you by default SHARE A LEDGER WITH FAMILY Lemi uses Apple’s native iCloud and CloudKit Sharing. It does not create a separate account system or ask you to type another person’s Apple ID. • Invite family through Apple’s system sharing interface • Choose read-only or editing access • Share dashboards and Record Discovery • Allow editable participants to add, update, or delete expenses • Let invited family members participate in an existing shared ledger without purchasing Pro • Synchronize confirmed expenses between iPhone and iPad through the same iCloud account BUILT FOR LIFE ABROAD AND BUSINESS TRAVEL • Support commonly used currencies including SAR, AED, USD, EUR, GBP, and CNY • Understand common conversational currency expressions • Fetch the latest exchange rates on the first app opening of each day • Continue using the most recently saved rates while offline • Preserve the original amount, currency, saved exchange rate, and CNY result • Never silently rewrite historical expenses when current rates change • Separate Personal and Business spending • Track Pending, Submitted, and Reimbursed expenses SEE WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT • Review spending trends by day, week, month, or year • Switch between category lists and pie charts • Use detailed categories for food, transport, hotels, flights, shopping, mortgages, car payments, utilities, internet, healthcare, and more • Filter Personal, Business, and reimbursement status • Review pending reimbursements and recent expenses • Calculate multicurrency totals using the saved CNY value of each expense BUILD A REIMBURSEMENT PACKAGE Lemi does more than record spending. It helps prepare material that can be submitted for reimbursement. • Check receipt coverage for business expenses • Find expenses that are missing a receipt or invoice • Export a real XLSX workbook • Generate receipt images with expense-information watermarks • Package the workbook and receipt images into a ZIP file • Send the package to finance or save it through the iOS share sheet OPTIONAL AI BOOST AI Boost is an optional Pro feature and is off by default. On-device OCR and standard expense tracking do not require it. Enabling AI Boost alone does not send a receipt image or expense text.
