Mac

Open and browse PST files, preview archived mail, contacts, calendars, and more, then export selected folders to EML, MBOX, CSV, PDF, VCF, ICS, and other formats. Open, browse, search, and export Microsoft Outlook PST archives directly on your Mac. Whether you need to recover old correspondence, move a mailbox to another mail app, inspect business records, or create readable copies of important messages, PST Archive keeps the process simple and private. Read archived email without installing Outlook. Find messages by title, sender, or recipient inside each folder. Move mail to compatible apps using EML or MBOX. Create CSV data for spreadsheets and PDF copies for archiving, printing, or sharing. Save contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, journal entries, and supported attachments in portable formats. Key Features: • Native PST Viewer: Browse the original folder structure in a three-column Mac interface and preview mail, contacts, calendar events, tasks, notes, journals, and more. • Flexible Export Formats: Export mail as EML or MBOX, create CSV and PDF files, and save applicable items as VCF, ICS, TXT, RTF, or JSON. • Selective Export: Choose the folders you want instead of processing the entire archive. • Attachment Handling: Preserve supported MIME attachments and optionally save email attachments separately. • Clear Export Reports: Every conversion includes readable and machine-readable reports showing exported items, warnings, and failures. • Read-Only Processing: Your original PST is never modified. • No Outlook Required: Open and convert archives without Microsoft Outlook or any external runtime. 100% Private — no PST file or its contents are uploaded or sent to any server. Viewing and conversion happen entirely on your Mac. The app is free to test. An in-app purchase is required to unlock its full capabilities. It is a one-time purchase—there is no subscription. Keep your old mail accessible, portable, and under your control.
