RECORD AND PLAN YOUR OUTINGS - Track your GPS route, duration and distance, with pace for running and speed for cycling. - Record from your Apple Watch without keeping the iPhone app open; view heart rate when available. - Plan a session and attach a GPX route on iPhone. - Revisit your activities with route maps and splits. SHARE THE MOMENT Share a live link so friends can follow your session in a browser. Choose who can see your activities with public, followers-only or private visibility. Save workouts to Apple Health with your permission and connect Strava to sync activities. GO FURTHER WITH STRIDLY PLUS Set pace or heart-rate targets, receive cues during your session, compare your result with your target and see your progression over time.
