Keep files private with local encryption. Share files and folders with chosen recipients. Decryption and key management are free. Basic includes 3 encryptions a day. FileEnc helps you protect files you want to keep or share. Combine documents, images and folders into one encrypted package, give it a meaningful name, and choose who can decrypt it. ENCRYPT FILES AND FOLDERS TOGETHER Drag in files and folders to create a single .fenc package. Add more items, remove individual items or clear your selection before starting. Folder structure and empty folders are preserved, and your source files are not modified or deleted. CHOOSE WHO CAN DECRYPT Select one or more contacts using their public keys. Only the corresponding private keys can decrypt the package. You can also keep access for yourself or encrypt just for your own use. Built-in guidance explains public keys, private keys and how to exchange them. NAME YOUR ENCRYPTED PACKAGES Choose a name that reflects the contents or purpose of each package. Meaningful names make saved files and past operations easier to recognize. PROCESS FILES LOCALLY Encryption and decryption run on your device. FileEnc does not upload your files or private keys. It checks integrity during decryption and automatically looks for a matching private key stored locally. REVIEW CLEAR RESULTS See the output location, authorized recipients and verification details. Expand the file list when needed to review files, folders and checksums. KEEP HISTORY ON YOUR DEVICE Review previous operations, search by name and locate output files. Deleting history records does not delete your files. AVAILABLE IN 11 INTERFACE LANGUAGES English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian. Basic includes 3 successful encryption tasks per day. Each task can combine multiple files and folders and authorize multiple recipients. Pro unlocks unlimited encryption. Decryption is free, with no file-count limit. Keep your private keys and backups safe. FileEnc cannot recover a lost private key.
