SIMPLE LINKING, WITH THE PATIENT'S AUTHORIZATION: The patient shows a QR code from their MentePrima Paciente app. You scan it with MentePrima Acompañante and you're linked instantly, in a single step. A LIVE COPY OF THE RECORD, NOT A SNAPSHOT: Unlike a healthcare provider's one-time authorized access, MentePrima Acompañante keeps a continuously updated copy of the patient's complete record — the same modules an authorized health professional would see: allergies, medications, medical conditions, medical devices, disabilities, surgeries, vital signs, vaccines, health insurance, doctors and providers, travel, documents, lab results, medical imaging, family history, and emergency contact. ADMINISTRATOR ROLE: You can confirm or discard, on the patient's behalf, documents that the patient's own on-device AI organizes automatically. Every decision is always recorded under your name, ensuring full transparency. MULTIPLE CAREGIVERS, MULTIPLE PATIENTS: A patient can have more than one caregiver linked at the same time (for example, shift-based care), and the same caregiver can be linked to multiple patients. THE PATIENT IS ALWAYS IN CONTROL: The patient authorizes the link and can revoke access at any time from their own app. If a caregiver ever needs to permanently hand off their role to someone else (for example, if the patient becomes incapacitated), the handoff is confirmed with Face ID, Touch ID, or the passcode of the patient's own device, always with that physical device in hand.
