HOW IT WORKS Type what you want to get done, one task at a time. Tap Start. When you finish a task, tap Complete — and the next task begins. The dial is a real clock face, and your tasks sit on it where they will actually happen. See the plan for the next hour, any planned work beyond that is shown as you mark tasks complete. WHAT THE COLORS MEAN Orange means you are over your estimate but the task is still running — over, and still fixable. It turns red once you complete an overrunning task, because by then the overrun is a fact rather than a situation. The pace chip shows how far ahead or behind your plan you are, green for ahead, red for behind. Three minutes under reads as −3, in green, three minutes ahead of schedule. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO There is no pause. Daybearing shows your work against reality, and time doesn't stop. A timer you can stop measures how long you had it running, not how long the work took. If you need to stop working on something, Set Down ends the session, logs time for the part you actually did, and returns the remainder to the queue. There are no subtasks, tags, categories or statistics screens. No clutter, just what you need to stay on track. PRIVACY No account is required. Your tasks and history are stored locally on your iPhone. There is NO SUBSCRIPTION, NO IN-APP PURCHASE and NO ADVERTISING. You pay once. ALSO IN THE APP • A Live Activity for the running task — on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island, on supported Apple Watch and Mac configurations — with a Complete button on the Lock Screen, so you can finish without opening the app. • Lock Screen widgets: how far ahead or behind the day is, the task in hand, and what comes next. • Shortcut support!
