ScoreSets
Sheet music reader & setlists
$9.00 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
iPad
Read scores half a page at a time in landscape, make white-pen corrections and share annotated PDFs. Keep your private library together on iPad and compatible Mac.
Your sheet music. Your setlist. Your stage setup.
ScoreSets brings PDF scores, annotations and setlists together on iPad, with practical rehearsal and performance controls beside your music.
READ, ANNOTATE AND SHARE
Turn full pages, or enable landscape half-page reading to enlarge portrait scores and move from top to bottom with your usual page-turn controls. Landscape PDF pages remain whole. Annotate with Apple Pencil or your finger on hideable layers. Black, white and colored pens share one palette; white ink covers marks on white paper without changing the original PDF.
Share a score, setlist or collection as one PDF, with or without annotations. Setlists retain their order and repeated songs. Annotated exports include saved handwriting and imported forScore annotation images. Exported copies use complete PDF pages; MIDI, OSC and other app controls are not included.
YOUR PRIVATE LIBRARY ON IPAD AND MAC
Use the same iCloud account on your iPad and compatible Mac to synchronize scores, annotation layers, metadata, collections and setlists. No separate ScoreSets account or manual sync routine is needed. Downloaded scores remain available offline.
REHEARSE AT YOUR OWN TEMPO
The toolbar metronome provides a visual beat and optional audible click. Set BPM with tap tempo, a slider or + and - controls. Try a different tempo without changing the song, or explicitly save it to the song metadata. A compact, scrollable piano keyboard provides an acoustic piano sound for finding notes.
MIDI & OSC WITH YOUR MUSIC
Place labeled MIDI and OSC buttons on a score, or send commands automatically when a song opens. Test commands from metadata settings and select compatible outputs for patch changes and show cues. Receive supported MIDI or OSC navigation commands, including OSC next/previous pages and direct song or page selection.
A SIMPLER MAINSTAGE CONNECTION
The optional ScoreSets Bridge for Mac is discovered on your local network and creates a virtual MIDI source for MainStage. Activate the Bridge on iPad and select its source in MainStage. The Bridge must be running and reachable, with local-network access allowed.
IMPORT YOUR REPERTOIRE
Open Files from the import button to choose PDFs from Dropbox or another enabled provider. Import into your repertoire, setlists or collections. From Settings, import a supported forScore backup or exported library folder with selected setlists, supported metadata, annotation images, page links and MIDI buttons. Import leaves the source library unchanged; keep your backup and check the result before a performance.
BACKING TRACKS & AGENT CONTROL
Attach one backing track per song and place playback controls on the page. Compatible agents or scripts can build setlists, update metadata and operate supported actions through the local API and an explicitly enabled Mac Bridge. You supply the agent; no AI service is included.
