BKNeX Team

Clock in, hours and team chat

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

BKNeX Team is the workforce app for hourly employees. Your employer sets up your account, you sign in, and everything you need for the working day sits in one place. CLOCK IN AND CHECK IN Start and end your shift from your phone. If your work takes you out to client sites, check in when you arrive so the visit is recorded. HOURS AND PAY PERIOD See the hours you have worked in the current pay period, when that period ends, and when pay day falls. TIMECARD Review your individual shifts. If something looks wrong, request an edit and your administrator will see it. TASKS See the work assigned to you, with status and due dates. FIELD HUB See the businesses you visit and your history at each one. CHAT Message your manager or administrator directly from the app. Chat is limited to people at your own employer. SETTINGS Manage your profile, choose which notifications you receive, set up two factor authentication, and delete your account if you need to. ABOUT LOCATION Clock In and Check In use your location to confirm you are at the work site. The app asks for permission the first time you use either feature, and reads your location only at that moment. It does not track you in the background. If you decline, the rest of the app still works. SIGNING IN Accounts are created by your employer, so there is no sign up inside the app. You will need your Organization ID, your email address and your password. Account deletion is available in Settings, and also at https://app.bknexchange.com/delete-account
