Aurora Fidget Spinner is a tiny, tactile toy that lives above your desktop. Grab the rim, flick it and let go: the rotor launches with real bearing physics, hums with synthesized stereo sound and slowly coasts back to rest while you get on with your work. IT FEELS REAL • The launch is read from your actual flick: a quick snap launches hard, a slow drag launches gently. • Above cruising speed the rotor blurs into a translucent disc with smeared blades, sparks fly off the rim and a faint crisp copy crawls at the stroboscopic rate a camera would record, like helicopter blades on film. • The sound is fully synthesized: ball-pass impulses, steel ring modes, an air layer chopped at the blade-pass rate, all panning with the shaft. No samples, no loops. • A brake for a satisfying scrape and stop. BUILT FOR A MAC DESKTOP • Transparent and always on top, on every Space and every display. • Drag the bearing to move it, lock its position, or enable click-through when you want it purely decorative. • Lives in the menu bar, never in the Dock. • Costs nothing at rest: rendering and audio switch off completely until you touch it again. Low Power Mode caps it at 60 fps. A LITTLE SHOW Launch it hard enough and a manga reaction bursts out for a couple of seconds: concentration lines, an incredulous chibi, a "ナニ！？" and a cartoon whoop. It never overstays its welcome. THE SKIN COLLECTION Aurora Circuit, machined titanium with an aurora ribbon, is free. Seven more skins with their own silhouettes, materials, effects and top-speed signatures unlock together with one small purchase: • Obsidian Pulse: black ceramic, electric lattice, lightning at speed. • Solar Forge: burnished brass, ember wake, a shower of sparks. • Lunar Orbit: satellite ring, starlight orbits, comet trails. • Prism Bloom: six-cut crystal, refracted shards, light ribbons. • Venom Arc: twin sickles, bio-luminous trail, lightning. • Mercury Rotor: liquid-chrome vanes, mercury vortex, comets. • Sakura Drift: five lacquered petals, petal drift, a petal storm. Try any of them for twenty seconds before you decide. Everything you see and hear is generated in code. No images, no audio files, no tracking, no account. Just a spinner.
