HOW IT WORKS Swipe to log a set: right if you hit it, left if you came up short, up if it felt easy. Every movement you train becomes a card, and every set you bank levels it up. After the session comes the deal: new cards, level-ups and PRs, turned over one by one. Then pick eight cards and duel.
