Voice Cloner lets your Mac speak in your own voice. Record a short sentence, type some text, listen — everything runs locally on Apple Silicon. No cloud, no account, no data ever leaving your computer.
YOUR VOICE IN SECONDS
Read the sample sentence aloud or import an existing recording (up to 60 seconds). Five to fifteen seconds of clear speech is enough. With an exact transcript, the app clones not just the sound of your voice but its rhythm and emphasis too.
TEXT TO SPEECH
Write what should be said and hear it right away. Everything can be fine-tuned: text adherence, level of detail, random seed. Results land in the history, and every take can be exported as a 48 kHz WAV file.
CONTROL THE STYLE
Without a reference, the app designs a voice from a description in parentheses, such as “(calm male voice)”. With a reference, you steer pace and expression the same way while the timbre stays yours. A built-in overview shows which instructions the model understands.
WRITE DIALOGUES
Multiple voices, line by line: assign a speaker, type the text, generate. Every line gets its own pause, may overlap the previous one or start together with it — for interjections and reactions. Play the finished dialogue right away, with pause, seeking and a start from any line; the view follows the current line. Lines can be switched off temporarily. Finally the app merges everything into a single audio file with matched loudness.
30 LANGUAGES
The VoxCPM2 speech model speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and 25 more languages. You set the target language per text or per dialogue so foreign words are pronounced correctly. The app itself is localized into 33 languages.
COMPLETELY LOCAL
The model (around 3 GB) is downloaded once on first launch and from then on runs only on your Mac. Recordings, texts and results stay inside the app’s sandbox container. The microphone is used only when you deliberately start a recording.
