Find the right document, follow a repair, message each other and keep a clear record of what happened. A VISUAL GUIDE TO EACH PROPERTY Build your home guide with rooms, photos and an existing floor plan or sketch. On a compatible LiDAR-equipped iPhone, scan connected rooms. Keep original photographs alongside illustrations and review the layout before using it. THE ANSWER IS WITH THE ITEM Save appliances, equipment labels, location photos, notes and documents you are entitled to use with the room they belong to. Keep manufacturer source links beside each item and check the correct model, edition and country on the manufacturer’s website. Help someone find the stop tap without searching through old messages. REPAIRS AND CONVERSATIONS TOGETHER Tenants can report a problem with photos and follow updates. Landlords can record visits, contacts and progress, with the repair history kept beside the property. Selecting a contact does not book a contractor. PAPERWORK AND HISTORY IN ONE PLACE Organise documents, condition photos, service records, warranty details and reminders. Keep dated meter readings and handover records. Record rent and deposit information manually, with corrections kept visible. ONE HOME OR A GROWING PORTFOLIO See which properties need attention and switch between homes. Choose one monthly owner plan for up to 1, 3, 5, 10 or 25 active properties across your account. Invited tenants use their shared home information and communication features free. Each plan is one auto-renewing subscription with a combined monthly price for the whole property allowance, not a separate charge for each home. A three-property plan costs its displayed total even if you use only two places. The total local price and monthly billing period are shown before purchase. Restore purchases from Account → Your property plan, or manage and cancel renewal in your Apple account settings. Archiving a home, deleting the app or deleting your Housetold account does not cancel the subscription. LiDAR requires compatible hardware. Suggestions and illustrations can be inaccurate and should be checked against the original evidence. Housetold does not inspect or certify a property, collect rent, verify bank payments, protect deposits or provide emergency assistance.
