WHY THIS APP EXISTS
Business numbers running on the WhatsApp Business API can't also be used in the regular WhatsApp Business app. That means messages going to your booking bot never show up in your phone's WhatsApp. Randevu Panel is the only place you can see the appointments coming into your business.
HOW IT WORKS
Your customer messages you on WhatsApp and books an appointment. You get a notification in this app, then approve or decline it. For businesses that don't require manual approval, appointments are confirmed automatically — you only step in to cancel if you're unavailable.
This app does not create appointments — appointments come only from the WhatsApp flow. The app is for viewing and changing the status of appointments that already exist.
