Mitti Manufacturing is a tablet companion built for factory floor operators doing short interval quality checks.
THE RIGHT CHECKS AT THE RIGHT TIME
Start a run and each station sees the relevant checks due for that product. Checks come due on an interval, at the start of a run, or when an operator calls for them. It's always clear what’s due, done, or overdue.
GRADED TO SPEC, ESCALATED AUTOMATICALLY
Checks can be numeric, multiple choice, text, calculation, or a photo. Each value is graded against the running product’s spec the moment it's entered, so results drifting toward a limit are visible before they become failures.
QUICKER THAN YOUR CLIPBOARD
Purpose built for gloved hands on the factory floor, Mitti Manufacturing allows operators to complete a check with a tap. Temperature checks can be captured straight from a paired device, with support for more instruments, like scales, on the way.
DOWNTIME, ATTRIBUTED
The app also lets operators mark line downtime with a reason (equipment breakdown, material shortage, changeover, etc.), so stops are tracked and attributed as they happen rather than reconstructed after the fact.
A COMPANION TO MITTI
Mitti Manufacturing works alongside the Mitti app. Products, specs and checks are set up in your Mitti workspace on the web. Admins can have out-of-spec or critical results create an issue in Mitti automatically, so a problem on the line reaches the people who deal with it.
Mitti Manufacturing is designed for any plant that runs product down a line: food and beverage, FMCG, packaging and containers, chemicals, electronics. It's built for operators, line leads, quality managers and Manufacturing managers, and requires a Mitti account.
