snap your plate and pip spots the plants on it. one fiber ring a day that grows slowly, 30 different plants a week, counted for you. orbit is now fiberday.
one fiber ring a day, and you close it with real food.
30 different plants a week, counted for you.
and pip, a tiny pear, reacts to everything you log.
fiberday is a fiber tracker and food log, without the spreadsheet. no account, and your food log stays on your phone. you don't count everything: just fiber and plants.
SNAP OR DESCRIBE A MEAL
• snap your plate and pip spots the foods and plants on it. on iPhone 15 Pro and later with Apple Intelligence and iOS 27, Apple's on-device model reads whole dishes; other iPhones use simpler on-device recognition. the photo never leaves your phone.
• or say it, type it, or tell Siri: "chickpea curry" becomes chickpeas, tomato, onion, garlic and spices, so every plant counts. something off? tell pip, and only that food changes.
• your first 3 snaps or described meals are free, then it's part of fiberday pro.
YOUR FIBER RING
• your goal starts at 28 g a day, the FDA Daily Value for fiber. change it whenever you like; the source is linked in the app.
• the ring starts near what you eat now and grows 3 g a week, because the British Dietetic Association advises adding fiber gradually and drinking enough as you go.
• search about 8,000 foods offline and 160+ everyday dishes, in everyday words (oatmeal, sweet potato). scan a barcode or a nutrition label, or scan just to look, without logging.
• eat again in one tap, log again from any day, copy a day, plan tomorrow, save meals, add your own foods, share a recipe link from any app.
• batch pots: cook once, log a portion in one tap all week.
30 PLANTS A WEEK
• every different fruit, vegetable, wholegrain, bean, nut and seed counts once a week; herbs and spices a quarter, oils and juices not at all, and a "does it count?" mark shows which. a variety goal from a 2018 study, not a promise; the reference is in the app.
• a plants ring, pip's garden that never wilts, the fiber finder and a Sunday recap.
TONIGHT'S CLOSER
• if your ring is still open in the evening, one line says what would close it: "5 g to go. 1 medium pear does it."
IS IT WORKING?
• a quick tummy check-in, and two rough days hold next week's step-up.
• your week in fiber and plants, a share card, and a one-page PDF for your dietitian or doctor.
ON IPHONE DUO
• open it up and today, your log and your plants sit side by side in two columns.
