HomeCheck Onsite

AR daylight & sensor checks

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Quantify daylight, noise, height & EMF on-site—export a local PDF report. HomeCheck Onsite turns a phone visit into measurable inspection data—sunshine hours, noise insulation, ceiling height, magnetic anomalies, and cross-breeze structure—then exports a local PDF report. SUNLIGHT (AR) Walk the balcony or window, capture the skyline with ARKit (calibrated camera pose), and estimate annual / solstice sunshine hours from the lowest visible elevation—not a compass shortcut. DAYLIGHT & CODE REFERENCE Guided daylight-factor style checks with weather-aware tips (Open-Meteo irradiance). National standards shown as references only. NOISE / HEIGHT / EMF / VENTILATION • Real-time dB and open/close window insulation delta • Barometric ceiling-height estimate • Hard-iron magnetometer calibration for relative field anomalies • Cross-breeze structure scoring (not ACH or “ventilation efficiency” scores) REPORTS Save multiple homes, compare them, and export PDF locally. Photos, audio, and GPS are not uploaded to our servers. Location may be sent to Open-Meteo solely for weather correction (disclosed in-app). FREE & SUBSCRIPTION Inspect 2 homes free.
