Animals Nearby
Animal moments, made yours
Free
Animals Nearby brings three simple ideas together: a community for people who care about animals, a private place for your animal memories, and practical help when an animal needs you.
COMMUNITY
Share a photo, ask a pet-related question, or swap an experience. Follow people, comment, and save posts you want to return to. Explore animal sightings by city and see the original source behind official editorial selections. Choose Everyone or selected people when you share.
ALBUMS
Keep the everyday moments with your pet, a familiar stray, or the birds visiting your garden. Create your own animal journals, add photos over time, and revisit them as a timeline, a story, or a then-and-now comparison. Photos can stay private whether or not you ever share them.
MAKE IT YOURS
Start with your photos. Keep the original look, try photo styles and poster layouts, or choose subjects for a cutout design. Move and resize elements, change colours and text, and export your favourite result. Saved work can be edited again.
LOOKOUT
Find practical next steps for a missing pet, a found animal, or an animal that needs help. Post a missing-pet notice, share a clue privately with its owner, and choose an area for nearby alerts. Care cards keep useful information close at hand. Lookout is a community tool, not an emergency or veterinary service.
YOUR CHOICE
Browse public posts and use local creative tools without an account. Sign in to share, interact, and save photos to your account. Photo sharing checks and optional animal identification use DeepSeek after your permission; suggestions can be wrong. You can report content, block accounts, and delete your account in the app.
Animal journals and editable designs are stored on your device. Account photo backup does not sync journal layouts or editable projects across devices.
Animals Nearby is currently available in English. Features such as nearby posts and alerts depend on activity in your area.
