STEMS — split any song into drums, bass, vocals and other, right on your iPhone or iPad (iOS 16 or later). Play while it splits, tap a stem to mute it, hold one to solo it. Stems work inside AUM and other hosts too. ADD TO MPC SAMPLE PROJECT — put your chops straight into the empty banks of a project on your MPC Sample's card, then add again later to update it. A built-in browser shows each project's pads, banks and tempo. LOCK CHOPS — a setting that keeps your chops from being added, moved or deleted while you play them from the pads or a MIDI controller. LESS MEMORY — Julienne uses far less memory on iPad and inside AUv3 hosts like Koala and AUM, so long records no longer crash the app or the host. STRETCH OFF ON NEW RECORDS — a record you haven't chopped before loads at its own tempo; tap STRETCH to turn it on. Records you saved come back the way you left them. FIXES — playback comes back after another app plays music, or when a USB audio device like the MPC Sample is plugged in or out; a split pauses in the background and carries on when you return.

ALL is your whole library, last played first — every song on your phone in one list. Delete a song there to remove it for good; inside a crate you can take it out of the crate or delete it. Deleting a crate can now delete its songs too.

Julienne 2 talks to your computer better, and a few things got easier on the phone. • Transfers show real progress: a bar while a crate packs and a bytes bar while it lands, so a big crate never looks stuck. • Big crates arrive faster: the records land in one library write per burst instead of one per record. • The waveform has one tool row along its bottom: nudge the selected chop, zoom in and out, undo and redo. • WARP FROM HERE: the chop you pick is beat 1, and every chop plays at the same tempo, including that one. • The help is written for the phone: touch, MIDI over USB and Bluetooth, transfer and files. • Fixes and polish throughout.
