Ur Timesheet runs the whole shift: scheduling, clock-in, time sheets and pay, in one app your crew already has in their pocket.
FOR EMPLOYERS
• Build deployments in minutes and assign your crew, or publish open shifts and let people claim them.
• See who is free before you book. Workers set their usual week and days off, and the app warns you, with the reason, before you book someone who can't work.
• Cover no-shows fast: post an emergency shift with a pay bump and the first qualified person to accept is assigned.
• Sign-ins become time sheets, and time sheets become pay records. Breaks, pay bumps and corrections are all recorded. Download any time sheet as a spreadsheet or PDF.
• Scan a worker's badge to sign them in. Job sites have maps, directions, geofenced clock-in and site notes.
• Incident reports on ready-made forms (injury, ejection, theft, lost and found, daily log and more) or forms you build yourself, with photos and signatures.
• Hand out radios, keys and vests and see who has what.
• Departments, roles and permissions, requests and approvals, documents and required certificates, all in one place.
• Messages reach the right person: workers pick a topic like Payroll or Scheduling and it goes to whoever handles it.

PRICING
Free for up to 5 deployed workers a month, forever. Paid plans keep the first 5 workers free each month, then charge per worker with a monthly minimum. You pay only for people who accepted a shift that month. Plans are purchased on the website by employers; the app itself never charges anything. The AI assistant is free to try for a week, included for your first month on Standard, and always on with Pro.
