Take a quiet moment before sleep. breathe.tonight gives you a gentle breathing rhythm to follow, then lets the screen settle into darkness when your session ends. BEGIN WITH A GENTLE BREATH Follow the sphere as it moves along the breathing graph. Start with a five-minute session, or choose 1, 3, 10, or 15 minutes. Your final breathing cycle finishes before the session ends. FIND YOUR RHYTHM Choose a preset such as 3-2-6, 4-7-8, or box breathing, or save your own. Adjust your inhale, exhale, and optional holds to a pace that feels comfortable. LISTEN YOUR WAY Begin with Rain, soft Synth chords, and Kristen’s English voice guide. Try Ocean or Forest ambience, singing-bowl tones, or breath sounds. Choose Jason or Kristen for phase instructions and spoken counts, or turn any sound off. MAKE IT PART OF YOUR EVENING Set a daily reminder for a time that suits you. Explore background colors, including Black with a grayscale sphere and graph. Optional vibration can follow your breathing or mark each second. A QUIET FINISH When you finish, the app transitions to a black screen with a faint clock. Tap to reveal controls for another session or to return home. The first release is free to download and use. No subscription or account is required. Breathing audio and your saved settings are available on your device. Keep your breathing comfortable.
