Urgent fixes · Festive offer

A brand-new welcome: a short Makhan Chor story preview with soft flute, and "Sun lo" to hear Naani for a minute before you sign up. Sign in with Apple in one tap. Story reminders at 5pm and 8pm, and a free story now counts only after a minute of listening.

Story reminders are back: Naani can now remind you at 5pm and 8pm when a story is waiting. And a free story now counts only after a minute of listening, so a quick peek no longer uses one up.

Signing in is now one tap, and your child's privacy is stronger. • Sign in with Apple — no email code needed. • Email sign-in is more reliable: any code we sent in the last 30 minutes works, and you'll see a clear message if a code is mistyped. • What your child says to Naani is erased from our servers after 24 hours. Their voice is never stored. • Smaller fixes and improvements.

Your subscription now unlocks the moment you pay. If the microphone is switched off, Naani shows you how to turn it on. Sign-in codes arrive reliably, every time.

If a subscription ever looks lapsed after a renewal, Naani now quietly puts it right on its own — the stories are simply there, with nothing for you to tap. Smaller repairs throughout, from the last update.

Naani now says the name of the story in her welcome. A calmer parent area: your account, your child's profile, subscription and help, each in its own place. The language of the next story is one tap away on the home screen — Hindi or English. She checks the microphone is really listening before she asks your child a question, so an answer is never lost. Smaller fixes: the story's name now shows while it plays, editing your child's profile no longer interrupts you, and the pictures follow the English narration as closely as they follow the Hindi.
