Turn jobsite photos into clear, organized, and ready-to-share project records. Fieldary is designed for contractors, installers, maintenance professionals, field inspectors, and property service teams. From creating projects and capturing photos by work item and project stage to adding watermarks, highlighting details, and exporting PDF reports, you can manage the entire workflow on your iPhone. No more searching through your photo library or message threads for scattered jobsite photos. Fieldary keeps every photo organized under the right project, work item, and stage, helping you track progress and identify missing documentation. KEY FEATURES • Project and Work Item Management Create projects with customer details, addresses, work order numbers, and job notes. Organize field photos by work item and project stage. • Jobsite Camera and Photo Import Capture photos within a specific project, work item, and stage, or import existing images from your photo library. • Time and Location Watermarks Choose whether to display the project, work item, stage, capture time, GPS coordinates, address, and company name. Location is accessed only with your permission. • Photo Annotations Use arrows, rectangles, and text to highlight issues, completed work, or inspection details while keeping the original photo unchanged. • Work Order Text Recognition Capture or import a work order image, extract recognizable text, review the results, and quickly add the information to your project. • Project Stage Tracking Organize photos by stages such as before work, materials arrival, work in progress, completed work, issue correction, and inspection. See what has been documented and what still needs attention. • PDF Job Reports Select the work items, stages, and photos you want to include. Add company details, timestamps, locations, and notes, then create an A4 or Letter-size PDF report. • Preview and Deliver Review reports before sharing, saving, or printing them through the standard iOS tools. • Built-In Project Templates Use ready-made templates to create common work items quickly, then adjust the structure to match each project. YOUR FIELD DATA, UNDER YOUR CONTROL Projects, photos, annotations, and generated reports are stored on your device by default. You decide when and where to share or export your content. No Fieldary account is required to get started. Whether you are documenting construction, maintenance, installation, inspections, or completed work, Fieldary turns jobsite photos into records that are easy to organize, find, and deliver.
