Your business in one window

Busymate AI is the desktop app for your Busymate AI Console — the one window where you look after your business's conversations and the assistant that handles them.
It is the same Console you already use in a browser, in a window you keep open, plus the things only a real app can do: a notification the moment a customer needs a person, a count on the Dock icon, and one click straight into the conversation.
WHAT YOU DO HERE
Conversations
Every conversation in one place — your website, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Teams and email. Claim one and your assistant hands you what has been said so far.
Your assistant
Give it a name, a voice and a welcome message. That is the same identity everywhere it talks to your customers.
What it knows
Point it at your website and it reads your pages, so it answers with your own words instead of guessing.
Connected tools
Link the tools it is allowed to use, and test each connection with a real check before you rely on it.
What it may do
Turn features on or off, set limits, and choose which model it uses. You decide the boundaries.
How it's going
See what it is costing you and how much it is being used, broken down by provider, as it happens.
WHY THE APP AND NOT A BROWSER TAB
• The moment a customer needs a person, your Mac tells you — even when the window is behind everything else.
• The Dock icon shows how many conversations are waiting.
• A link opens the app straight on the conversation it points at.
• It waits quietly in the menu bar, so it is never a tab you lost.
• Every improvement to the Console reaches you the day it ships — nothing to reinstall.
WHAT YOU NEED
A Busymate AI account — sign in with the account you already use. The app is free and works with your existing Busymate AI plan.
NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications are optional. The app asks once, and you can change your mind at any time in Preferences.
YOUR DATA
The app talks only to your own Busymate AI account, over an encrypted connection. It does not track you, and there is no advertising. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app. Our privacy policy is at busymate.ai/privacy.
